Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a fresh and inviting environment Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces by sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces Perform floor care tasks including stripping, waxing, polishing, and buffing to keep all flooring in pristine condition Handle laundry duties by washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold safety standards Follow established cleaning protocols using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to maximize efficiency and effectiveness Assist with inventory management by monitoring supplies and requesting replenishments as needed Experience Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial services is highly preferred Demonstrated skills in cleaning techniques, including floor care and industrial cleaning methods Knowledge of hospitality industry standards for cleanliness and guest service excellence Experience managing custodial tasks in busy environments such as hotels or large facilities is advantageous Familiarity with housekeeping management practices to coordinate daily cleaning schedules effectively Join us if you're passionate about creating welcoming spaces through expert cleaning skills!
