In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeep of our club facilities. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create an exceptional experience for members and staff alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vibrant fitness environment while honoring your skills in cleaning, custodial work, and facilities maintenance. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all club areas, including locker rooms, workout floors, offices, and common spaces using commercial cleaning equipment and techniques Conduct routine janitorial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and restroom sanitation to uphold high hygiene standards Maintain floors through buffing, polishing, and floor care procedures to ensure a safe and attractive environment Assist with custodial responsibilities related to industrial cleaning projects or special events within the facility Support general facilities maintenance including minor repairs, painting touch-ups, and equipment upkeep to keep the club in top condition Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained for safety and efficiency Collaborate with team members to uphold health and safety protocols across the club Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial duties or facilities maintenance preferred Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and floor care processes such as buffing and polishing Ability to operate cleaning machinery and equipment safely and effectively Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness standards Experience in industrial or residential painting is a plus but not required Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and reliability are essential This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to contribute their cleaning expertise while supporting a lively fitness community.
