Chateau Clean Co. is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaning professional to take on a recurring residential cleaning assignment in Gig Harbor, Wa. This is an independent contractor opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates professionally, and can consistently deliver the level of detail our clients expect. Compensation $135 per completed cleaning assignment Fixed assignment rate; this is not an hourly position The current recurring assignment typically takes about 1.5-2 hours to complete Recurring schedule: every other Monday What You'll Do Complete the assigned residential cleaning according to Chateau Clean Co.'s property-specific cleaning standards Thoroughly clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces Dust, vacuum, mop, clean surfaces, and remove trash as required Follow client-specific preferences and property instructions Complete a final walkthrough before leaving the property Provide required before/after photos and completion updates Communicate promptly regarding scheduling, property access, maintenance concerns, or anything that may affect completion of the assignment Our Property-Specific System You will not be expected to walk into a property and figure everything out on your own. Before an assignment, contractors receive a detailed property packet containing important information such as: Access and parking instructions Client preferences Room-by-room cleaning expectations Property-specific instructions Items to pay special attention to Final walkthrough and reporting requirements The goal is to make sure you are fully prepared before arriving at the property and have a clear understanding of what is expected for each cleaning. What We're Looking For Residential cleaning experience preferred Strong attention to detail Reliable and consistent Able to independently complete a property-specific scope of work Professional communication and client-service skills Ability to follow written instructions and meet agreed-upon assignment requirements Reliable transportation to the Gig Harbor service area Ability to provide any business, licensing, insurance, or other requirements applicable to the contractor arrangement Contractor Expectations This is a contractor opportunity, not an employee position. As Chateau Clean CO. grows, opportunities for employment may become available for contractors who are a strong mutual fit and are interested in transitioning to an employee role. Contractors are responsible for their own applicable business expenses, taxes, and required equipment/supplies A contractor agreement must be completed before accepting assignments Additional residential, vacation rental, and commercial cleaning assignments may become available as Chateau Clean Co. continues to grow A Little Bit About Chateau Clean Co.
