Manage laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens. Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, and carpet cleaners safely and effectively. Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure health standards are maintained across all areas. Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting and outdoor work to maintain property exterior spaces when needed. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service. Maintain organized supplies of cleaning detergents and equipment while adhering to safety guidelines. Requirements Proven experience in residential or janitorial cleaning, custodial work, or housekeeping management. Knowledge of cleaning techniques including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation practices. Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively within scheduled timeframes. Physical stamina for manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting and outdoor work activities. Excellent client communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction. Familiarity with cleaning detergents and surface-specific cleaning methods is preferred.
