Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards across our property, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for guests and staff alike. Your efforts will directly contribute to the overall guest satisfaction and operational excellence of our facilities. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of public areas, and back-of-house spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to meet health and safety standards Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques using appropriate cleaning equipment Manage janitorial supplies by monitoring inventory levels and applying proper use of cleaning detergents and disinfectants Assist with outdoor work tasks when necessary to ensure the property's exterior remains tidy and inviting Qualifications Preferred 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training. But willing to train the right candidate Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout shifts Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards guests and team members Prior outdoor work experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn new skills is essential Must be able to obtain and maintain a WA Food Handlers Permit Schedule is as follows: Monday, Tuesday, Sunday 12 pm - 8 pm; Friday & Saturday 5 pm - 8 pm. Applicants must be dependable, have a strong work ethic, and be flexible enough to work all shifts. Starting pay will start at $17.50 with a potential wage increase after a 90-day performance review.
