This position is responsible for providing excellent guest service during breakfast hours, followed by cleaning and maintaining the hotel lobby and common areas. Responsibilities Set up, maintain, and refresh the breakfast buffet and dining area. Provide friendly and attentive customer service to hotel guests. Clean the breakfast area after service, including dishes, surfaces, and floors. Properly store leftover food and supplies and prep for the following day's breakfast. Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked breakfast and storage areas. Complete weekly breakfast inventory. Organize and put away inventory deliveries. Clean and maintain the hotel lobby and common areas, including vacuuming, mopping, wiping surfaces, and taking out trash. Perform additional cleaning, organizing, and hotel-related duties as needed. Desired/Preferred Qualifications Excellent customer service skills and previous customer service experience. Prior experience with food preparation and inventory preferred. Current Food Handler's Card. Dependable, punctual, and hardworking. Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping things clean and organized. Able to work independently and take initiative. Positive, professional attitude and comfortable interacting with guests.
