Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team, committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all residential spaces are spotless, well-organized, and hygienic. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to providing exceptional service and comfort for our clients. This position offers an opportunity to showcase your cleaning expertise while delivering outstanding customer service in a dynamic setting. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure health and safety standards are met consistently Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or cleaning supplies with proper technique Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service Ensure all surfaces are cleaned thoroughly, including kitchens, bathrooms, windows, and outdoor areas when applicable Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled periods while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles; janitorial or custodial experience is a plus Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures Familiarity with cleaning equipment and detergents used in professional settings Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy objects safely Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients Outdoor work experience is advantageous for maintaining exterior areas when required Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Join our team as a Housekeeper and bring your passion for cleanliness and customer satisfaction into every space you touch!
