Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning services in residential homes and commercial office facilities. Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, offices, common areas, and other assigned spaces. Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, remove trash, and restock supplies as needed. Safely handle cleaning products and follow all chemical-handling instructions. Use cleaning tools, equipment, and supplies properly and efficiently. Follow company training procedures and established standards of cleaning excellence. Maintain a professional appearance and conduct yourself respectfully while working in customers' homes and facilities. Follow all workplace safety practices to help prevent injuries and property damage. Communicate cleaning-related questions, concerns, or maintenance issues promptly and professionally. Provide excellent customer service during every interaction with customers, staff members, and visitors. Qualifications Previous residential, janitorial, custodial, commercial, or industrial cleaning experience is highly preferred. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation procedures, and safe chemical handling is preferred. Experience using vacuums, floor scrubbers, buffers, and other professional cleaning equipment is beneficial. Ability to perform physical work, including bending, reaching, lifting, carrying supplies, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Ability to follow instructions, training procedures, safety requirements, and cleaning checklists. Dependable, punctual, professional, and able to work effectively independently or as part of a team. Strong customer-service and communication skills.
