We are not a large franchise where employees feel like numbers. What we offer:

$25

• 30 per hour based on professional experience and demonstrated cleaning ability 100% of customer tips go directly to the cleaning technicians who earned them W-2 employment —not independent-contractor or gig work A guaranteed minimum of 15 paid hours per week when you maintain your agreed availability Approximately 15-25 hours per week , with opportunities for more hours as we grow Paid travel time between customer locations Mileage reimbursement for approved business miles Paid company-required onboarding and training Washington paid sick leave Optional bonus opportunities Opportunities to grow into a team-lead role Direct communication and support when you have questions or encounter a problem Optional Ways to Earn Bonuses We want to recognize team members who help Cyrus Cleaning grow.

Employees may choose to earn additional bonuses in several ways:

Client Review Bonus:

Earn a bonus when a client you served leaves a genuine Google review after their cleaning.

Content Bonus:

Earn incentives for recording approved cleaning content, such as a time-lapse, before-and-after footage or a short video showing the cleaning process. Showing your face is never required. Hands-only, point-of-view and room-focused videos are completely acceptable.

Employee Referral Bonus:

Earn a bonus when you refer another dependable cleaning technician who is hired and successfully joins the team. Every bonus opportunity is completely optional. You will never be required to request reviews, record videos, show your face or recruit other cleaners as part of your regular position. Any content must follow customer privacy and company guidelines. Schedule and Location This position focuses on customers throughout: Bellevue Kirkland Redmond Bothell Issaquah Most appointments are scheduled during the daytime from Monday through Friday . Occasional evening or weekend work may also be available for employees who want additional hours. You will normally travel directly to the scheduled customer location rather than reporting to an office first. We aim to group nearby appointments and keep routes practical whenever possible. What You Will Be Doing Depending on the schedule, you may work independently or alongside another cleaning technician.

Your work may include:

Recurring residential cleaning Deep cleaning Move-in and move-out cleaning Apartment and rental turnovers Occasional office or small commercial cleaning Cleaning and detailing kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas Dusting, vacuuming, mopping and sanitizing surfaces Following customer notes and cleaning checklists Checking your work before completing each room Taking organized before-and-after photographs when requested Communicating promptly if you are delayed or encounter an unexpected situation Treating every customer, home and personal belonging with care and respect What We Are Looking For The right person for this position: Has previous paid professional cleaning experience Takes pride in detailed, consistent work Is dependable and arrives on time Communicates clearly and respectfully Can work independently without constant supervision Is also comfortable working with a teammate Is open to feedback and willing to learn the Cyrus Cleaning approach Has a reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license and current automobile insurance Has a smartphone with calling, texting, data and photo capabilities Is comfortable traveling between customer locations throughout the Eastside Is comfortable working around common household pets Can perform the physical duties of cleaning, with or without reasonable accommodation, including standing, bending, reaching, kneeling, using stairs and carrying cleaning equipment Why This Can Be a Great Opportunity Cyrus Cleaning is still growing, which means the people who join us now will have the opportunity to help shape the kind of team and working environment we create.
