Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in guest rooms and common areas, as well as managing laundry services to ensure all linens and garments are impeccably cleaned and presented. The ideal candidate will have experience in a hotel setting, possess strong cleaning skills, and be familiar with dry cleaning processes. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens, towels, and other items using appropriate washing and drying techniques. Manage the dry cleaning process for garments as needed, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained. Restock supplies in guest rooms and laundry areas to ensure availability for guests and staff. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties. Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to maintain a seamless workflow throughout the hotel. Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry services, preferably in a hotel environment. Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment used in the industry. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
