Housekeeping Specialist - WA

Multiporpoise Management is looking for a few great housekeepers. We're the Washington branch of a growing company looking for employees who want to be paid for getting good online reviews from our guests after a clean. A lot of job advertisements spell out meaningless platitudes about teamwork and that they are searching for detail-oriented self-starters. We just pay you for impressing our customers. And we put it in writing. We're offering the job at $17.50 per hour. We also have a very easily attainable bonus program that could pay an extra $100, or even $200 per month. Never cleaned rooms before? No worries, we all use a smartphone app that walks you through the process with pictures of each room you clean. The inspector who enforces quality control does too. The position will be part-time but closer to full-time hours in the summer months. Your availability must be flexible. Typical days would include a start time of 10:30 a.m. until all cleans are complete. Weekend & holiday availability is a must. Finally, we are a family-owned company with a real commitment to the whole picture. We pay our staff well, meet together in the mornings to plan out the day, and have general managers, front desk staff, cleaning, and maintenance.
