MA Supervisor

We are recruiting for the following position: Sea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organization Medical Assistant Supervisor The Medical Assistant Supervisor is a clinical leadership role responsible for supervising and supporting medical assistants and related care team staff to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. Working closely with the Nurse Manager, this role oversees daily clinic operations, patient flow, clinical quality measures, staff performance, and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, train, and evaluate medical assistants and clinical support staff Ensure clinical quality measures, infection control, and regulatory standards are met Support patient flow and provider productivity (18-21 patients per provider/day) Manage staffing schedules, huddles, referrals, phone messages, and patient grievances Assist with clinical care, procedures, injections, and patient assessments as needed Monitor performance metrics, conduct audits, and support quality improvement efforts Promote excellent customer service using the AIDET model

Qualifications:

Active MA-C license or LPN license in Washington State Minimum 2 years ambulatory care experience; supervisory experience required Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills BLS/CPR required (or within 90 days of hire) Fast-paced outpatient setting. $27.34•$28.37 per hour based on experience
