Tips & Paid Travel Time Flexible Classification:
Available as Part-Time W-2 Employee or 1099 Independent Contractor (depending on your preference, availability, and business setup).
Schedule & Hours:
Part-time to start (typically 15-25 hours/week) during daytime weekday hours (between 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM / 4:00 PM). Flexible 2 to 4 days per week. No mandatory nights or weekends.

What You'll Be Doing:
Performing standard recurring cleans, deep cleans, and rental/turnover cleans (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom sanitization, kitchen detailing, trash removal). Following detailed quality checklists to ensure every home meets our high standards. Maintaining cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies in clean, working condition. Traveling between client homes across our territory (routes are scheduled to minimize unnecessary drive time). Communicating openly and directly with ownership regarding job progress, supply needs, or client preferences. Upholding our standards of professionalism, respect, and non-discrimination across all client interactions and job sites.

Experience:
