Residential & Post-Construction Cleaning Contractor Lionheart Legacy Inc. is looking for dependable, detail-oriented cleaning contractors for part-time to full-time work. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with a flexible schedule. The amount of work available can grow based on your availability, reliability, quality of work, and customer feedback. What the Job Includes Cleaning jobs can vary significantly depending on the customer and property.

Work may include:

• Residential home cleaning
• Weekly or recurring maintenance cleaning
• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
• Kitchen and bathroom cleaning
• Dusting and surface cleaning
• Move-in / move-out cleaning
• Deep cleaning
• Post-construction and remodel cleanup
• Detailed cleaning following handyman, painting, or renovation work Some jobs may be simple weekly cleanings, while others may require more detailed post-construction cleanup. What We Expect As an independent contractor, you are expected to:
• Provide your own basic cleaning supplies and equipment
• Have reliable transportation
• Arrive at scheduled jobs on time
• Communicate professionally with customers and our team
• Follow customer requests and job-specific instructions
• Complete work to a high standard
• Use the scheduled time productively
• Look for details that may have been missed and go above and beyond when reasonable
• Treat customers' homes and belongings with care and respect
• Be dependable when you have committed to a job We are looking for someone who does not simply rush through a checklist.

If there is time remaining, we expect you to identify other appropriate cleaning needs and make sure the customer feels they received excellent service. Schedule This position is designed to offer flexibility. Jobs are generally discussed and scheduled approximately 2-6 days in advance. You can accept work based on your availability and build your own schedule. The more available and dependable you are, the more work we can offer.
