Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within our facility, ensuring that all laundry services meet high standards of quality. This position is essential for providing a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests. Duties Perform regular cleaning tasks in guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure a clean and sanitary environment. Launder linens, towels, and other items using appropriate washing techniques and equipment. Handle dry cleaning services as needed, ensuring garments are treated with care. Inspect cleaned items for quality assurance, making sure they meet hotel standards before returning them to service. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management. Follow safety protocols and maintain proper hygiene practices while performing duties. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction. Skills Proven experience in housekeeping or laundry services, preferably within a hotel or similar environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Knowledge of laundering techniques, including dry cleaning processes. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, lifting, and moving throughout the day.
