Flexible / Jobs offered based on availability We are a growing professional cleaning company specializing in move-out, move-in, vacant home cleaning throughout Kitsap County and King County. We are looking for experienced, dependable cleaning professionals and established independent cleaners who are interested in taking on additional cleaning jobs. This is a great opportunity for cleaners who already operate independently and want additional jobs without having to find every customer themselves. How It Works We handle customer acquisition, booking, and scheduling. When a cleaning job becomes available, qualified contractors may be offered the opportunity to accept the job based on their availability and service area. You choose which jobs you accept. What You'll Do Cleaning services may include: Move-out cleaning Move-in cleaning Vacant home cleaning Kitchen and appliance cleaning Bathroom deep cleaning Interior cabinet and drawer cleaning Baseboards, doors, trim, and fixtures Floors, vacuuming, and mopping Interior window and glass cleaning when included with the job Other cleaning services included in the customer's booked package Properties will be vacant , meaning you can focus on cleaning without working around customers, furniture, or personal belongings. What We're Looking For Ideal contractors are: Experienced in residential or move-out cleaning Dependable and professional Detail-oriented Able to work independently Comfortable completing larger/deep-cleaning jobs Able to communicate promptly regarding accepted jobs Able to travel to jobs within their selected service area Requirements Applicants should have: Reliable transportation Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance Smartphone with reliable service Professional cleaning experience Ability to provide their own cleaning supplies and equipment Ability to operate as an independent cleaning business/contractor Willingness to complete a background check Ability to provide references or examples of previous cleaning experience Professional liability/general liability insurance is required. Service Areas We are currently building cleaning teams in:

Kitsap County:

Silverdale, Bremerton, Poulsbo, Port Orchard, Bainbridge Island and surrounding areas.

King County:

Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Renton, Kent, Federal Way and surrounding areas. You do not have to service both counties. Let us know which cities/areas you are willing to accept jobs in. Compensation Contractors are paid per completed job , rather than hourly. Compensation varies depending on the size and scope of the cleaning. $150.00 - $850.00 per day
