English First Aid Certification Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Clean common areas per daily schedule, sanitizing high touch areas. Keep chemicals secured, labeled appropriately and SDS binder accessible on cart. Make resident beds with fresh linens per weekly schedule. Clean assigned apartments per weekly cleaning schedule, following our cleaning guidelines. Clean office areas per weekly cleaning schedule. Relate to residents in a courteous, empathetic, and cooperative manner. Keep environment safe and clean for residents. Wash laundry as directed, keep towels clean for use on cart. All other duties as assigned.
Additional Functions:
Must have strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Must be detail and team-work oriented. Must attend required in-services/ workshops to further education of skills and community requirements.
Qualifications:
Must be Drug free. Must be able to pass Criminal Background Check, Health Screening including TB test. Must be eighteen (18) years old. Maintain current CPR and First Aid Certification. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, verbally and in writing in standard English. The employee shall be responsible for maintaining the integrity of Fields Senior Living.
Physical Demands and Requirements:
Maintain ability to lift 50 pounds; to stand or walk throughout the vast majority of the work day; and to frequently push, pull, bend, twist and reach. Must be willing to be active and on feet during entire work shift. Involves light to heavy physical activity performing non-strenuous and strenuous activities. Must have sufficient manual dexterity to work with the fingers and to reach/hand items.
