30% commission per completed job, with applicable Washington minimum-wage requirements met About the Position R&J Cleaning and More is looking for a dependable and hardworking Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Technician to join our growing cleaning business. This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling and opportunities for additional work as our customer base grows. Responsibilities Clean carpets, upholstery, mattresses, and other fabric surfaces Operate carpet-cleaning and extraction equipment Treat and remove stains when appropriate Provide professional and courteous customer service Set up and clean up equipment at each job Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies Travel to residential and commercial customer locations Follow company cleaning and safety procedures Requirements Reliable and dependable Comfortable working in customers' homes and businesses Able to lift and move cleaning equipment Good customer-service skills Willingness to learn professional carpet and upholstery cleaning techniques Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but training may be provided Schedule Part-time with flexible hours based on customer appointments. Hours may vary depending on the number of scheduled jobs. Compensation The position is structured around 30% commission per completed job, subject to applicable Washington wage requirements. Compensation may increase as experience and responsibilities grow.
