Regular cleanings, deep cleanings, move out cleaning and post construction. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to ensure homes are spotless and hygienic. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to maintain health standards. Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently. Care for floors through sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor polishing to keep surfaces pristine. Manage manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of furniture or appliances safely and effectively. Maintain organized cleaning supplies inventory, operate cleaning equipment properly, and ensure all tools are in good working condition. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure satisfaction. Experience Previous residential cleaning or janitorial experience is required. training will be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity with cleaning surfaces, outdoor work experience, and carpet cleaning techniques is advantageous. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the workday. Knowledge of cleaning detergents, sanitation practices, and floor care methods is desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks with care. Excellent client communication skills to build trust and ensure client expectations are met or exceeded. Experience in housekeeping management or custodial roles will be considered a plus.
