Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and bathroom sanitation Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment Conduct carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and outdoor cleaning tasks as needed to maintain high standards of cleanliness Manage laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting and the safe use of cleaning equipment while adhering to safety protocols Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service Maintain organized cleaning supplies inventory and ensure all equipment is properly maintained and sanitized Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is preferred Familiarity with cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning, and outdoor work experience is advantageous Knowledge of cleaning detergents, sanitation practices, and proper handling of cleaning equipment is essential Strong time management skills to efficiently complete scheduled tasks within designated timeframes Experience in housekeeping management or residential housekeeping roles is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual handling tasks confidently Excellent client communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns effectively Join us as a Cleaning Professional and be part of a team that values quality, reliability, and outstanding service. $17.50 - $23.00 per hour
