Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and cleaning surfaces to maintain a pristine environment. Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure health and safety standards are met consistently. Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care. Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents effectively while adhering to safety guidelines. Manage floor care activities including carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and routine maintenance to preserve flooring quality. Assist with outdoor work as needed, including patio or garden cleanup to enhance curb appeal. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide personalized housekeeping services. Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, surface sanitation, and floor care methods. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. Physical capability for manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting, moving furniture, or outdoor work. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively within scheduled timeframes. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Knowledge of cleaning detergents and supplies along with proper usage protocols. Previous experience in housekeeper management or residential housekeeping is preferred but not required.
