Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and private spaces according to established standards Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors to maintain a spotless appearance Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies such as toiletries and towels Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and free of dust or debris, including bathrooms and kitchens Handle waste disposal responsibly and maintain cleanliness of trash receptacles Follow safety procedures during cleaning activities, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping management within hospitality settings Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and polishing floors Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies for efficient service delivery Excellent attention to detail with a focus on hygiene standards and guest satisfaction Ability to work independently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout shifts Prior hotel experience or custodial experience is highly desirable for this role Join us in creating a welcoming environment where cleanliness meets excellence!
