Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to uphold cleanliness standards. Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and using carpet cleaning techniques as needed to preserve flooring quality. Ensure all surfaces— bathroom fixtures, furniture—are cleaned thoroughly and disinfected regularly. Communicate professionally with residents to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service while maintaining discretion. Experience Prior experience in residential cleaning, not required, will train for the right person. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple properties or areas. Physical capability for heavy lifting, manual handling of cleaning supplies. Excellent client communication skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service in residential settings.
