Job Summary Fairfield by Marriott Eau Claire Chippewa Falls is looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. Responsibilities Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to Marriott brand standards Change bed linens, replenish towels, and restock guest amenities Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize assigned areas Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management Follow proper procedures for handling chemicals and cleaning supplies Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times Qualifications Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred, but not required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs throughout shift Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Must be able to work weekends and holidays Benefits (if applicable) Competitive pay Marriott hotel discounts Flexible scheduling Supportive team environment Opportunities for advancement
