As a Housekeeping Attendant, you'll help keep our guest rooms and hotel spaces looking their best while bringing positive energy and great service to every shift. Duties & Responsibilities Clean and refresh guest rooms to ensure they are Aloft-ready for every arrival. Make beds, change linens, replace towels, and restock guest amenities. Vacuum, mop, dust, wipe, and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms. Keep hallways, elevators, public spaces, and other assigned areas fresh and inviting. Check rooms for maintenance issues or anything that needs attention and communicate with the appropriate team. Respond to guest requests with a friendly, helpful attitude. Handle guest belongings and hotel property with care and respect. Keep housekeeping carts, closets, and supplies neat and organized. Follow hotel cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards. Work together with the housekeeping team and other hotel departments to create an awesome guest experience. Bring your can-do attitude and positive energy to every shift! Experience & Qualifications Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is a plus , but we're happy to train the right person. A strong eye for detail and pride in keeping things clean. Reliable, hardworking, and ready to hustle when things get busy. Friendly, positive attitude and a team-player mindset. Comfortable working independently while also being part of a team. Able to communicate professionally with guests and coworkers. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
