Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Conduct floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained in accordance with safety standards. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist in the organization and management of housekeeping supplies and equipment. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations within the hospitality environment. Skills Proven experience in cleaning and maintaining various types of spaces, including residential or commercial properties. Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment. Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable. Strong understanding of janitorial practices and industrial cleaning methods. Experience in custodial roles or housekeeping management is a plus. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
