We are looking to add a member to our team to work weekends ( Saturdays and Sundays ). •Potentially a few days during the week too only if interested• Work hours and benefits You will start each morning at 9:00 A.M. and work until your housekeeping rooms/chores are complete. Generally between 1:00 P.M. and 3:00 P.M. Tips are given out weekly. Quarterly, our housekeeping department does a team building/fun activity as a thank you for all your hard work. We have gotten mani/pedis, massages, went to an escape room, a Brewers game, and many other fun activities. As part of a choice franchise, we also get employee discounts to hotels all over the world. We as employees, pay as low as $25.00 a night to stay. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities. Your dedication to quality and customer service will help create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensure their stay exceeds expectations. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, floor care, and surface sanitation to uphold high standards of cleanliness. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures following safety guidelines to ensure a hygienic environment. Clean floors using appropriate equipment such as vacuums and floor buffers, ensuring all surfaces are spotless. Maintain cleanliness of public areas including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and outdoor spaces as needed. Use cleaning detergents and supplies responsibly while adhering to safety protocols for manual handling and heavy lifting. Communicate effectively with guests regarding their needs and address any special requests promptly to enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is preferred . Knowledge of cleaning equipment, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning, and sanitation standards. Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during shifts. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members. Familiarity with cleaning surfaces, dusting techniques, and the use of various cleaning detergents.

Pay:

$11.00 - $14.00 per hour
