As a Room Attendant, you will play a critical role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for every guest. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will directly shape the guest experience and set the tone for our new hotel. What You'll Do Clean and prepare guestrooms to brand standards, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in rooms and on housekeeping carts Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report concerns to the appropriate team Clean and maintain public areas including hallways, lobbies, and laundry rooms Follow proper chemical safety and cleaning procedures at all times Respond promptly to guest requests for additional items or services Support laundry operations as needed — washing, drying, and folding linens Uphold GLMG Hotels' Anchors for Success service culture in every interaction What We're Looking For No prior hotel experience required — we will train the right person Strong attention to detail and pride in a job well done Ability to work independently and manage your room assignment efficiently Dependable, punctual, and a team player Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs throughout the shift Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed Positive attitude and genuine care for guest comfort Physical Requirements This role requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs. Candidates must be comfortable performing repetitive tasks and working in a physically active environment throughout their shift.
