Cleaning Specialist - Apartment Communities 3 Amigos Property Management | $17.00/hour | Full-Time Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM | Paid Mileage Do you take pride in a job well done? Join the 3 Amigos Property Management team and help keep our apartment communities clean, comfortable, and welcoming for our residents! We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to maintain common areas, amenities, and building spaces across four apartment communities in the La Crosse area.
What You'll Do:
- Clean and maintain apartment building common areas, including lobbies, hallways, stairways, and entrances
- Clean and sanitize community amenities, including fitness centers, clubrooms, laundry rooms, and resident spaces
- Vacuum, mop, dust, wipe down surfaces, and complete routine cleaning tasks
- Clean and maintain restrooms, empty trash and restock supplies
- Keep entrances and building areas looking clean and presentable
- Follow cleaning schedules and checklists
- Report maintenance, safety, or cleanliness concerns
- Travel between our four properties as needed
- Help maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout our communities What We're Looking For

- Previous cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial, or apartment experience is a plus
