Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services. Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures. Familiarity with cleaning equipment, detergents, and proper handling techniques. Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting with safety awareness. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Demonstrated time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes. Outdoor work experience is a plus for handling exterior cleaning or yard maintenance as needed.
