This vital role involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across all guest rooms and common areas. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily housekeeping operations , ensuring all guest rooms and common areas meet established cleanliness and presentation standards. Take ownership of room readiness , proactively managing timelines so each room is guest-ready for check-in without supervision. Conduct room and property inspections , documenting results and coordinating with maintenance or management for any needed repairs or improvements. Uphold brand and quality standards , ensuring every guest experience reflects the property's commitment to comfort and care. Respond to guest requests and feedback with professionalism and urgency, modeling excellent service standards. Take initiative to identify process improvements and communicate ideas that enhance team performance and guest satisfaction. Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation protocols , promoting a clean, organized, and secure environment for guests and staff.

Schedule:

The hours for this position are between 8:00AM and 3:00PM. Length of daily shift will vary depending on number of room turnovers.

Basic Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. A customer-centric mindset, with a genuine interest in understanding and meeting guest needs. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in housekeeping or hospitality. Knowledge of cleaning products and supplies. Experience using housekeeping equipment and tools.
