Competitive pay with growth opportunities On-demand pay (Tapcheck) - access your earnings in your first week Paid time off & holidays Paid training (including CBRF certifications) Career advancement opportunities Mental health benefits Employee referral bonuses Recognition and reward programs Team events, including our annual holiday party What You'll Do Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by performing daily cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Ensure resident rooms and common areas meet high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation Complete laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and personal items Perform floor care tasks such as sweeping, buffing, and periodic carpet cleaning Support cleanliness of shared spaces including hallways, dining areas, and restrooms Identify and report maintenance concerns or safety hazards promptly to ensure a safe environment for residents and staff Follow all infection control, health, and safety protocols Provide friendly, responsive service by addressing resident or guest requests with professionalism and care What We're Looking For Previous housekeeping, custodial, or cleaning experience preferred—but not required (we provide training!) Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or residential cleaning is a plus Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and perform floor care tasks Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and efficiently
