Experience in hotel or hospitality settings is preferred but not mandatory. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Manage housekeeping supplies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards. Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to maintain hygiene standards. Assist in laundry services as needed, ensuring linens are clean and well-maintained. Collaborate with housekeeping management to uphold quality control measures. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, industrial cleaning, or custodial services is preferred but not necessary. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards guests and colleagues. Flexibility to work during the day, including weekends and holidays as needed.
