What You'll Do Clean and maintain common areas, including hallways, lobbies, laundry rooms, and community spaces. Perform apartment turnover cleaning, including kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas. Ensure the community consistently meets Oakbrook's high standards of cleanliness and appearance. Report maintenance, safety, or housekeeping concerns. Monitor and maintain cleaning supply inventory. What We're Looking For Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated. Positive attitude with strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
