As a housekeeping aide, you will: clean resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, hallways, stairwells, and business office areas perform daily physical cleaning tasks including mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, dusting, disinfecting, and trash removal move furniture as needed to clean thoroughly push and pull housekeeping carts and equipment throughout the shift restock paper products and cleaning supplies ensure assigned areas are clean, sanitary, safe, and well maintained at all times
PhysicalWork Expectations:
This is a physically demanding role in a healthcare environment .
Candidates must be able to:
stand and walk most of the shift frequently bend, stoop, squat, reach, and kneel lift up to 20 pounds frequently and 20-35 pounds occasionally push and pull equipment and carts weighing up to 50 pounds perform repetitive motions such as mopping, scrubbing, and wiping surfaces work at a steady pace to complete assigned areas each shift
Required Qualifications:
applicants must be 16+ years of age ability to meet the physical demands of the position ability to follow written and verbal instructions ability to work every other weekend and every other holiday
Shift Schedule:
