Ripon, WI Pay Rate:

$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday

•Friday | 8 AM

Basic computer skills required; experience with inventory systems and data entry preferred.

SAP experience is a plus but not required.

Ability to read and follow safety procedures, work instructions, and inventory documentation. Experience Requirements Previous experience in a warehouse, stockroom, shipping/receiving, inventory, or material handling environment preferred.

Experience with receiving, picking, packing, stocking, cycle counting, and inventory management.

Ability to accurately enter and maintain inventory data within computerized systems.

Experience working independently while maintaining productivity and accuracy.

Forklift or equipment operation experience is a plus; certification may be required onsite. Preferred Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a small team environment.

Familiarity with warehouse software, inventory control systems, and Microsoft Office applications preferred.

Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Physical Capabilities Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.

Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and climbing throughout the shift.

Ability to work in a warehouse environment with heat and limited climate control.

Must wear steel-toe footwear and required PPE.

Good vision, depth perception, and ability to safely handle materials and equipment. Job Duties Receive, unload, inspect, and put away incoming inventory, materials, tools, and supplies.

Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for internal customers and operational needs.

Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry, cycle counts, and inventory transactions.

Stock shelves, racks, and bins while organizing materials for efficient inventory management.

Investigate inventory discrepancies and assist with stock replenishment activities.

Deliver materials, tools, and equipment to designated work areas as needed.

Break down cardboard, maintain housekeeping standards, and keep the storeroom clean and organized.

Support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations while following all safety policies and procedures.

Work independently to complete daily responsibilities and assist with additional duties as assigned. Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay
