Watershed Hotel is a 25 room luxury boutique hotel that opened in Sheboygan, WI in August of 2022. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Housekeeping Professional to join our team. This position is responsible for thoroughly cleaning and preparing guest rooms to ensure they are clean, comfortable, and ready for the next guest. Responsibilities Clean and maintain assigned rooms Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize surfaces Change linens, towels, and other supplies as needed Restock cleaning and guest supplies Follow established cleaning and quality standards Identify and report any maintenance issues or damaged items Work efficiently while paying close attention to detail Maintain a professional and positive attitude Schedule Starting around 10:30 AM and working until the assigned cleaning is completed Schedule may vary depending on the day's workload and needs Flexible availability is a plus Qualifications Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required Reliable and dependable Strong attention to detail Able to work independently and manage time effectively Able to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical cleaning duties for extended periods Must take pride in providing a clean, welcoming environment Employment Options This position may be available as either: Employee (W-2) , or Independent Contractor (1099) Compensation will be based on experience, responsibilities, and employment arrangement.
