Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and floor care to ensure all surfaces are spotless and well-maintained Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures adhering to health standards to promote a hygienic environment Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely to clean surfaces, carpets, windows, and fixtures effectively Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or supplies while following safety protocols Conduct outdoor work including patio or balcony cleaning and maintaining exterior common areas as needed Communicate professionally with residents or clients to address specific cleaning requests or concerns in a courteous manner Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial expertise Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and the proper use of cleaning detergents and equipment Skilled in floor cleaning techniques such as carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and surface sanitation Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout your shift Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks with physical stamina Customer service orientation with clear communication skills for client interaction and feedback Outdoor work experience is a plus for maintaining exterior spaces; familiarity with residential housekeeping practices is preferred This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to deliver top-tier cleanliness while developing their skills in housekeeping management.
