Job Description
Community Horizons is assisting a local member in seeking a dependable, caring housekeeper to assist with weekly home upkeep. This position is 5 hours per week , with the member preferring all 5 hours to be completed on the same day . Ideal candidates are reliable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in a private home. Key Responsibilities General cleaning (dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming) Bathroom and kitchen cleaning Organization and tidying Laundry support as needed Maintaining a safe, respectful, and comfortable home environment Grocery Shopping Preferred Qualities Dependable and punctual Kind, patient, and respectful Able to work the full 5‑hour shift on the same day each week Experience in housekeeping or home care is helpful but not required Schedule & Hours 5 hours per week All hours completed on the same day (day can be discussed during interview) Mileage reimbursement $16.32/Hour There is no money exchanged in the home. All payroll is handled by a third‑party fiscal agent.
