Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, bed making, bathroom sanitation, and floor care using appropriate cleaning equipment and chemical agents. Conduct janitorial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, disinfecting surfaces, and maintaining cleanliness in public areas and corridors. Manage heavy lifting tasks related to moving linens, furniture, or cleaning supplies while adhering to manual handling safety protocols. Respond promptly to guest requests with excellent customer service, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and courteously. Follow hotel emergency procedures when necessary to ensure guest safety and security. Maintain detailed records of sanitation activities and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly. Experience Previous hotel housekeeping experience or janitorial experience is preferred but not mandatory; we value motivated individuals eager to learn. Demonstrated ability to perform floor cleaning tasks such as vacuuming and floor care with precision.
