Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming home environment. The Housekeeper will perform a variety of cleaning and household tasks to ensure the residence is consistently maintained to a high standard. 20-40 hours per week Flexible scheduling based on household requirements May include occasional evenings, weekends, or special event preparation Key Responsibilities General Cleaning Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas Wipe down surfaces, appliances, and fixtures Empty trash and recycling bins Maintain cleanliness of entryways and outdoor living areas as needed Laundry & Linen Care Wash, dry, fold, and organize clothing and linens Change bed linens and make beds Iron and steam garments when required Monitor laundry supplies and report low inventory Organization Maintain organized closets, cabinets, and storage areas Declutter and arrange household items Assist with seasonal organization projects Household Support Restock household supplies and toiletries Report maintenance issues or needed repairs Assist with light meal preparation if requested Water indoor plants and perform light household errands as needed Qualifications Previous housekeeping, cleaning, or household management experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Trustworthy, dependable, and respectful of privacy Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical cleaning tasks Reliable transportation preferred Expected Performance Standards Maintain a consistently clean and orderly home Complete assigned tasks efficiently and thoroughly Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality Communicate proactively regarding household needs and scheduling Follow household preferences and instructions carefully Compensation Competitive hourly rate based on experience Potential for additional hours during busy periods Paid time off and other benefits may be offered depending on employment status Work Environment This position is performed in a private residence.
