Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Residential/Airbnb Cleaner to join our dynamic cleaning team. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties and Airbnb rentals, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces when applicable Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure a hygienic environment for guests and residents Conduct floor cleaning and care, including vacuuming, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor surface maintenance Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels Use appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment safely and effectively to clean surfaces, furniture, appliances, and fixtures Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting or outdoor work with proper technique to prevent injury Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs or special requests Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning or hospitality housekeeping management Knowledge of cleaning procedures for various surfaces including carpets, floors, countertops, and appliances Familiarity with janitorial or custodial equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, buffers, and mops Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during scheduled shifts Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients or guests Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual handling tasks confidently Experience with outdoor work environments is a plus for maintaining exterior spaces or outdoor furniture Knowledge of cleaning products including detergents and sanitizers to ensure effective sanitation standards Join our team if you're passionate about creating clean, comfortable spaces!
