Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our facility while also managing laundry services. Your efforts will ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests. Duties Perform routine cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to maintain high cleanliness standards. Launder linens, towels, and other items using appropriate washing and drying techniques. Handle dry cleaning processes as needed, ensuring garments are treated with care. Inspect rooms after cleaning to ensure all tasks are completed satisfactorily. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary. Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing all duties. Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry services, preferably in a hotel or similar environment. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals used in the industry. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to providing high-quality service. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
