Overview Euro-Suites Hotel is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and guest-focused individual to join our team as a Morning Shuttle Driver / Public Space Cleaning / Laundry. This position is responsible for providing safe and courteous transportation for hotel guests, maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of public areas throughout the hotel, and assisting with laundry operations to support the daily needs of the hotel. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, able to work independently, and committed to delivering excellent guest service. Essential Job Responsibilities1. Morning Shuttle Driver Safely transport hotel guests to and from approved destinations. Provide friendly, professional, and courteous service to all guests. Conduct basic vehicle safety checks before operating the shuttle. Maintain a clean and presentable shuttle vehicle. Follow all applicable traffic laws and hotel transportation policies. Maintain a valid, unencumbered driver's license. Communicate shuttle schedules and guest transportation needs to the front desk. Assist guests with luggage when appropriate and safe to do so. Report vehicle maintenance concerns or safety issues to management. 2. Public Space Cleaning Attendant Clean and maintain public areas throughout the hotel, including lobbies, hallways, entrances, elevators, and other common spaces. Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize assigned areas. Clean and maintain public restrooms, replenishing supplies as needed. Keep lobby furniture, windows, doors, and other public surfaces clean and presentable. Empty trash receptacles and properly dispose of waste. Monitor public areas for cleanliness, safety hazards, and maintenance concerns. Report maintenance issues, damages, or other concerns to management. Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional environment for hotel guests. Assist with additional cleaning projects and assigned hotel duties as needed. 3. Laundry Attendant Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize hotel linens, towels, and other laundry items. Operate commercial laundry equipment safely and according to instructions. Inspect linens for stains, damage, or excessive wear. Maintain an organized, clean, and sanitary laundry area. Restock clean linens and towels in designated storage areas. Notify management of equipment malfunctions or supply shortages. Follow proper handling procedures for soiled linens. Assist with linen distribution and daily laundry needs.
