Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including vacuuming, dusting, bed making, and bathroom sanitation using appropriate cleaning equipment and chemical agents. Handle various cleaning tasks in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms to ensure a pristine environment. Use proper safety data sheets (SDS) to handle chemical agents safely and responsibly, adhering to all safety protocols. Conduct floor care activities such as mopping, sweeping, and carpet cleaning to maintain spotless surfaces across the property. Maintain cleanliness standards by inspecting work areas regularly and reporting any sanitation or maintenance issues promptly. Support hotel housekeeping management by following established procedures for sanitation, safety, and customer service excellence. Qualifications Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial services with a strong understanding of industrial cleaning techniques. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and moving furniture or supplies. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards guests and team members. Prior experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required.
