Estate Housekeeper In West Virginia A high-profile estate is seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeper to oversee the housekeeping and overall care of a complex of five properties. This is a full-time, live-in position requiring hands-on property management and hospitality duties. The ideal candidate will be professional, reliable, and committed to maintaining the highest standards for the properties.

Responsibilities:

Housekeeping, Gardening, Estate Upkeep Daily housekeeping for all five property homes (dusting, vacuuming, laundry, changing linens, deep cleaning) Grocery shopping for the owner when in residence; meal preparation not required, but a plus Managing the kitchen, stocking supplies Keeping inventory of household supplies and coordinating with vendors for restocking Light gardening and plant care around the properties Assisting with occasional event setup and guest hospitality Must live on-site full-time Prior experience in estate management and housekeeping preferred Overseeing vendors, contractors, and service providers when needed Must be self-sufficient, proactive, and take ownership of all responsibilities Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well together with other employees on site Must be trustworthy, discreet, and maintain confidentiality

Additional Details:

The candidate will be responsible for electricity costs Water, sewer, and Wi-Fi are included with housing Position requires being on call for emergencies and estate security Competitive salary package based on experience

Requirements:
