Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our hotel team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. This role involves performing daily cleaning tasks with efficiency and professionalism to ensure high standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces Clean and restock bathrooms with necessary supplies, ensuring they are spotless and hygienic Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and public restrooms Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and stored properly Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the appropriate department Adhere to hotel policies and safety procedures at all times Assist with laundry duties as needed, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens or guest clothing Respond promptly to guest requests related to housekeeping needs Qualifications Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar cleaning role is preferred but not required; training will be provided Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties within scheduled timeframes Friendly attitude with a focus on providing exceptional guest service Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures is a plus This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a positive guest experience by maintaining high standards of cleanliness in a professional environment.
