Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and carpet cleaning to uphold high standards of hygiene and appearance Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to ensure safe, sanitary environments Manage laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively for tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, polishing floors, and outdoor surface maintenance Handle manual lifting of furniture or heavy items with proper technique to ensure safety during deep cleaning or rearrangement tasks Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service Maintain organized supplies inventory and ensure all cleaning tools are properly stored and maintained Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work or hotel housekeeping preferred Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and janitorial procedures Familiarity with cleaning detergents, sanitation standards, and the safe operation of cleaning equipment Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple residences or client requests Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling bulky furniture or supplies Outdoor work experience is a plus for maintaining exterior areas or outdoor surfaces Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and teamwork in housekeeping management roles Join us if you're passionate about creating clean, comfortable spaces while delivering outstanding customer service!
