Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, lobbies, and public areas using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment Handle various cleaning agents safely, adhering to safety data sheets (SDS) and chemical handling protocols Perform floor care tasks including vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and polishing to ensure pristine surfaces Manage heavy lifting and manual handling of furniture, linens, and cleaning supplies efficiently and safely Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting high-touch surfaces and ensuring compliance with health regulations Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to ensure guest comfort at all times Follow hotel emergency procedures promptly in case of incidents or safety concerns while maintaining a secure environment Skills Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures Expertise in floor cleaning techniques including industrial cleaning equipment operation and floor care maintenance Knowledge of chemical agents handling with a focus on safety data sheets (SDS) compliance Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, extractors, and steam cleaners effectively Excellent customer service skills to address guest inquiries professionally and courteously Familiarity with hotel housekeeping management practices and sanitation standards Physical stamina for heavy lifting, prolonged standing, bending, and manual handling tasks necessary for thorough cleaning operations Embark on a rewarding career where your meticulous work enhances guest experiences daily!
