We're looking for an outgoing, dependable Candy Maker / Shift Leader who puts customers first while learning the craft behind our handmade confections — fudge, caramel, brittles, and more. This is a customer-facing leadership role first . Production skills come after you've learned our service standards, store flow, and team expectations. If you enjoy interacting with people, leading a shift, and learning something unique (real confection making), this can be a great fit. Key Responsibilities Customer Experience First Provide friendly, confident service Offer samples, guide guests, and create a welcoming environment Handle questions or concerns professionally Shift Leadership Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled Open/close store, count tills, and oversee daily operations Keep team organized, focused, and customer-ready Store Operations Maintain merchandising, cleanliness, and product standards Restock, manage cash/register accuracy, and support team communication Candy Production (Training Provided) Learn Kilwins recipes and production methods Assist with fudge, caramel, brittles, and seasonal products Follow strict quality and food safety standards What We're Looking For Retail, hospitality, or leadership experience preferred Strong people skills and positive energy Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented Comfortable occasionally working solo Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)
